Investments

When analysing potential investment objectives, we would like to limit ourselves to sectors that we know and understand, i.e. to the ones in which we have worked before, or which we have thoroughly analysed.

Our sector competence includes:

Manufacturing companies, in particular in the machine-building, chemical, metal and construction materials’ industries
B2B services (business services)

We are especially interested in companies that are:

Operating on the market for a longer period of time
Operating mainly in Poland and Central Europe
Operating in sectors with stable growth, and good prospects for development in the near future
Interested in attracting long-term shareholders, offering in return a majority interest or a minority interest but with a real ability to influence company management

In 2012 September, IF Industry Ltd. established AFM SP. Z O.O., in Poland specializes in the production of the automotive.

About Us

We are interested in investing in companies that, based on a rigorous fundamental analysis and presence of effective and motivated management teams (already existing or is being formed), have a potential to generate a higher-than-average return for the shareholders.

We have no set investment time constraints and can be a long-term investor for companies in which we invest.

We have limitation type of investement and it is automotive industry, geographic locations Central Europe. We have no limitations sizes of shares that we would like to have in potential investment opportunities.

We are open and ready to co-invest with both selected individual investors (in particular with management teams of companies that are potential investment targets) and with other financial institutions.

Due to our experience in management, restructuring and development of companies which we have gained over years, we do not want to be passive financial investors. We would like to be able to actively influence the development of a company by participating in its Management and Supervisory Boards.

Apart from the capital brought into the company, we can also contribute our technical knowledge and expertise in complex financial analysis as well as in modern management and IT tools.
